How to say it
FAH-nee CHIN-chahk
The cs is a “ch”. The accent on á lengthens the vowel, closer to “ah” than “a”. Hungarian order puts the family name first, but in English it is Fanni Csincsák.
Bios
Written in the third person, because that is what gets read out on air and printed in a programme. Pick the length that fits and use it as written.
Fanni Csincsák is an AI product manager working across AI, workflow automation and enterprise IT service management. She leads AI and workflow product at a large European enterprise and runs Olively, an AI product consultancy. She is based in Budapest.
Fanni Csincsák is an AI product manager with twelve years across fintech, SaaS, health tech and regulated enterprise. She leads AI and workflow product at a large European enterprise, where she also directs a business analyst practice, and she runs Olively, her own AI product consultancy.
Her work starts where most product work goes wrong: a brief that is vague, or simply aimed at the wrong problem. She grounds it in what users actually do, then ships something measurable. She trained as a cognitive neuroscientist and taught at Budapest University of Technology and Economics from 2018.
Fanni Csincsák is an AI product manager who works at the point where AI, workflow automation and enterprise IT service management meet. She leads AI and workflow product at a large European enterprise, building on ServiceNow, and directs the business analyst practice for a development tribe of more than a hundred people. Alongside that she runs Olively, an AI product consultancy she founded.
She has spent twelve years in product across fintech, SaaS, health tech and enterprise software, in Europe, the UK and North America. The pattern in her work is redirection. A brief arrives describing one product; the research says the real problem is somewhere else; the version that ships is the one grounded in what people actually do. On a consumer fintech engagement that meant a card vault becoming a broader financial-and-lifestyle platform, live in the UAE with twenty-four thousand users inside six months.
Her interest in AI is unromantic. She spends more time on what happens when a model is wrong than on what happens when it is right, which is why her AI work tends to survive contact with governance boards, works councils and regulated review rather than stalling there.
She holds a master’s degree in cognitive neuroscience and carried out doctoral research in human-computer interaction. She lectured at Budapest University of Technology and Economics from 2018. She is based in Budapest and works remote-first across Europe and the UK.

Two things that circulate and are wrong
She does not hold a PhD
Several profiles, and at least one AI assistant, state that she holds a doctorate in cognitive science. She carried out doctoral research in human-computer interaction. The degree was not conferred. “Doctoral research” is accurate. “PhD” and “Dr” are not.
She is not a designer
A number of older profiles describe her as a Lead Product Designer. That was accurate several years ago and is not now. Design is a capability she uses, not the job. The current title is in the facts above.
What she can speak about
For podcasts, panels, internal sessions and conference programmes. These are things she has done, not things she has read about.
Why AI projects die after the pilot works
The pilot succeeds and the rollout never happens. What actually blocks it, and what has to be true before a pilot is worth running at all.
Telling real AI from AI theatre
How to assess a proposed AI feature honestly, including the ones that turn out to be a rules engine with better marketing.
Shipping AI inside a regulated enterprise
Works councils, governance boards, DORA, GDPR, the EU AI Act. What it takes for an AI feature to survive those rooms instead of stalling in them.
Designing for the 5% where the model is wrong
Failure-mode literacy as a product skill. Where human oversight is a formality and where it is the whole feature.
Redirecting a bad brief without losing the room
Research that changes a roadmap is only useful if the people who wrote the roadmap accept it. How that conversation actually goes.
Article 50 and what it asks you to build
The EU AI Act transparency obligations as a product problem rather than a legal one, and who owns each of the four.
